Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of advanced massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, hot stone, and aromatherapy, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, contraindications, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and deliver one-on-one wellness coaching sessions, focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and holistic wellness practices.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, ensuring a clean, tranquil, and professional environment.
• Stay current with the latest massage techniques, wellness trends, and therapeutic practices.

Requirements

• A professional massage therapy qualification from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a qualified Massage Therapist, with demonstrable experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proven expertise in multiple advanced massage modalities.
• Certification or significant experience in wellness coaching is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-rapport building skills.
