HospitalityandOutdoor in Paterson, Eastern Cape, seeks a Senior Sous Chef for a luxury game lodge. Lead a high‑performing kitchen, manage menus, ensure top standards of hygiene, and train staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a 4/5‑star setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in luxury lodges, strong leadership, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. Live‑in accommodation and meals on duty are provided in a prestigious lodge environment.

Competenze

• Matric is required; culinary and hygiene qualifications preferred (chef).
• 3-5 years’ experience in a 4/5-star lodge environment is essential.
• Strong cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

• Lead, coordinate and train kitchen staff in a high‑paced lodge kitchen.
• Oversee menu compilation and implementation with attention to dietary requirements.
