- Previous experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or similar role.
- Strong food preparation, plating, and kitchen management skills.
- 2-3 Years Experience within 4-5* Lodge
- Must have culinary qualifications / Food portfolio
- Must have great knowledge of Kitchen Standards / HACCP
