Job summary

You will assist with menu planning, seasonal offerings, and stock control, while maintaining HACCP compliance and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. The position demands flexibility in hours and a valid driver’s license may be advantageous.

• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all meals.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Monitor food quality, portion control and stock rotation.
• Assist with menu planning and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and faults reported.
• Contribute to delivering a memorable dining experience.
