Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years as a Software Engineer in an enterprise environment
• Experience leading software delivery teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop technical talent
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and best practices
• Experience designing and structuring software solutions in enterprise environments
• Hybrid work: office 2-3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications.
• Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, architecture, estimation, development, testing, and deployment.
