Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant in South Africa to augment sales opportunities by understanding customer challenges and tailoring ACI solutions to create measurable business value.

The role requires in-depth industry insight, strong communication, and the ability to work with Market Product Managers and Sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and adoption strategies across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in software development.
• Four years of related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaborative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate business value to teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Defines value propositions and long-term solution strategies for opportunities to assist Sales in progressing deals.
• Defines customer requirements and aligns solutions to customer objectives.
• Identifies business development opportunities through engagements with customers and industry.
• Provides guidance on solution design options and impacts on existing systems.
• Develops value propositions within multiple industry and product families.
• Works with cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Managers, and Product Leadership.
