Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Marketing or Sales.
• Minimum 5 years in product management, business development, or IT solution sales.
• ICT industry experience essential.
• Experience with enterprise technology vendors advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Solution Consulting: understand client requirements and propose technology solutions.
• Business Development: identify opportunities, build client relationships, and support sales targets.
• Product & Portfolio Management: maintain knowledge of products/services, inform go-to-market strategies.
• Vendor & Partner Management: manage OEM/partners, coordinate pricing and bids.
• Project Collaboration: work with delivery teams on handovers and implementations.
• Customer Relationship Management: nurture client relationships and opportunities.
• Reporting & Pipeline Management: maintain forecasts and CRM records.
