Job summary

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse requirements, translate to solutions and process improvements.
• Lead workshops, testing, training, data migration and go-live activities.
• Build client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies within workstreams.
• Coach junior team members and promote continuous improvement.
