Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of solar power systems, including PV arrays, inverters, storage, and electrical distribution.
• Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and calculations for solar projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards for solar energy installations.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to team members.
• Set departmental goals aligned with the company’s strategic vision and foster a culture of innovation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and operations for smooth execution.
• Conduct technical reviews and feasibility assessments for solar proposals.
