Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, backend or full-stack.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React/Angular/Vue.js and backend tech Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• FinTech industry experience is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements.
• Implement robust backend services and APIs with optimal performance.
• Develop engaging user interfaces with focus on UX and accessibility.
