Placements24, a rapidly expanding fintech company based in Bloemfontein, is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join their technology team. You will design, implement, and maintain robust web applications and financial platforms across the full stack, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong front-end and back-end skills, and a proactive approach to delivering secure, scalable solutions in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one modern JS framework.
• Strong back-end skills in Java, Python, Node.js, or C# with relevant frameworks.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs; Git.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front-end apps using React/Angular/Vue.
• Build and maintain back-end services in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
• Integrate UI with server-side logic and databases.
• Implement robust security and data protection measures.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for data exchange.
• Write clean, documented, testable code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers.
• Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems.
