Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Salesforce) to customize, develop and support Salesforce solutions. You will lead complex projects, work with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and perform unit testing while aligning with data modelling and ETL best practices.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and planning skills, along with Agile experience. Collaboration across teams and adherence to governance standards will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Salesforce platforms.
• Experience with complex business system integration and OO design patterns.
• Software engineering on Salesforce platforms (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• Experience with relational databases, data modelling and ETL tools.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
• Certification in Systems Analysis or Design.

To successfully customize, develop and support solutions on the Salesforce platform and contribute to our development in Salesforce products, through the completion of complex projects and development.

Qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in software development
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in salesforce platforms
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business system integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
• Software engineering skills on salesforce platforms (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling and ETL tools
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Certification in Systems Analysis or Design
