Future Fit is seeking an Intermediate Salesforce Software Engineer to design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, VisualForce, Aura, and LWC. The role emphasizes CI/CD, DevOps, and collaboration within a delivery team.

You will work across the SDLC, researching and implementing innovative technologies while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. Hybrid work model with regular office presence. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Aura, LWC, and testing.
• Experience with Salesforce integration.
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, using Apex, VisualForce, Aura lightning components, LWC, Test class development, and coverage.
• Exploring methods to enhance product quality through containerisation and continuous integration, fostering a streamlined DevOps culture.
• Engaging in various stages of the SDLC, from system design to analysis, scoping, and estimation.
• Researching innovative technologies and implementing them in projects to drive innovation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, VisualForce, Aura lightning components, LWC, Test class development, and coverage.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.
• Good understanding of coms Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com platform.
• Experience working in a delivery team together with other disciplines to deliver a product.
• Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• Pro hybrid working model working from the office on average 2 - 3 times per week.
• A strong customer-facing ability.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of different environments and tooling.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
