Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, implement, and support enterprise‑grade Salesforce solutions across a range of Salesforce Clouds and platform capabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that support business transformation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with solution architects, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, the Salesforce Developer will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through to deployment, support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Clouds to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows and platform tools.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and third‑party applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Participate in solution design workshops, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining application stability and performance.
• Optimize platform performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Produce technical documentation, deployment guides, and support knowledge transfer activities.
