Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related creative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in social media management and content creation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrable success in growing social media followings and engagement rates for brands.
• Expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media advertising campaigns.
• Experience in community management and crisis communication.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and guide a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging, high-quality, and platform-specific content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of content creators and social media coordinators, fostering a creative and productive environment.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build strong relationships with followers.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader business goals and campaigns.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
