Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Retail, Marketplace, Discovery and Marketing to drive on-site traffic and feature categories.
• Improve site navigation integrity and app navigation through audits and benchmarking.
• Measure performance of merchandising assets and create an analytical framework for tracking results.
• Benchmark customer journeys against international best practices and trends.
• Recommend new features/UI-UX improvements to boost usability and conversions.
• Launch strategic themes and merchandising assets like seasonal landing pages and anchor promotions.
