Placements24 is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in the Midrand area. You will lead site operations, manage budgets and resources, and ensure top-quality results while coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and clients.

The role requires a strong track record in construction management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction management.
• Strong understanding of local SA building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is highly desirable.
