Job summary

Wow Jobs (Wow Softech Pvt. Ltd) is seeking a Senior Site Head to lead on-site execution of Hydropower EPC projects in Guinea, West Africa. The role targets professionals with deep turnkey hydro experience and strong leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 20–22 years in hydropower EPC, and be willing to relocate to Guinea. French language is a plus; those without installation experience are not suitable.

Qualifications

BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
20–22 years of experience in Hydropower EPC Projects.
Strong hands-on site execution experience.
Experience in Hydro Turbine & Generator Installation & Commissioning.
Experience in complete Turnkey Hydro Power Projects.
French language will be an added advantage.
Willing to relocate to Guinea, West Africa.
Note: Candidates from Plant Operations/O&M backgrounds without installation & commissioning experience are not suitable.

Responsibilities

Lead complete on-site execution of Hydropower EPC projects.
Handle site planning, execution, erection, installation and commissioning activities.
Manage Hydro Turbine Generator Hydro-Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical packages.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Client teams.
Monitor construction progress, quality, safety and project schedules.
Lead contractors, site engineers and commissioning teams.
Drive project completion within timelines and budget.
