Wow Jobs (Wow Softech Pvt. Ltd) is seeking a Senior Site Head to lead on-site execution of Hydropower EPC projects in Guinea, West Africa. The role targets professionals with deep turnkey hydro experience and strong leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 20–22 years in hydropower EPC, and be willing to relocate to Guinea. French language is a plus; those without installation experience are not suitable.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 20–22 years of experience in Hydropower EPC Projects.
• Strong hands-on site execution experience.
• Experience in Hydro Turbine & Generator Installation & Commissioning.
• Experience in complete Turnkey Hydro Power Projects.
• French language will be an added advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Guinea, West Africa.
• Note: Candidates from Plant Operations/O&M backgrounds without installation & commissioning experience are not suitable.

Required Experience

Experience in Greenfield/Renovation/Modernisation projects preferred. French language will be an added advantage. Willing to relocate to Guinea, West Africa.
