Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for up to 7 concurrent Shopify/eCommerce engagements.
• Manage client relationships and conduct roadmap discussions with stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-functional teams including design, development, SEO, and email.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, and project documentation; QA and process governance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and support proposals and scoping as needed.
