Job summary

LMG Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Shopify Project & Account Manager to lead project delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple Shopify engagements for a fast-growing eCommerce agency.

This freelance contractor role emphasizes stakeholder communication and end-to-end project management from kickoff through launch and ongoing optimization in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management, account management, or digital agency operations.
• Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems and eCommerce delivery workflows.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously and using Asana.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee up to 7 concurrent Shopify/eCommerce projects, including Shopify builds, CRO, SEO retainers, and ongoing support.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, documentation, and delivery quality; manage schedules and risk logs.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between development, design, SEO, and email teams.
• Serve as primary client contact; drive updates, reviews, and roadmap discussions.
• Facilitate weekly delivery meetings and mentor junior team members; escalate blockers when needed.
• Review changes, manage budgets, and support quoting, scoping, and proposals.
