Qualifications

• Management within a National Key Point environment (at least 3 years).
• Experience in the petroleum sector is an advantage.
• Formal managerial training certification would be advantageous.
• Understanding of PSIRA and BCEA statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages the on-site SSP team of 51 security officers.
• Oversees NKP compliance and annual training requirements.
• Coordinates NKP reports and investigations.
• Ensures vetting and SSA Z204 form compliance.
• Leads regulatory and safety committees (REFSECO, SRA).
• Represents the SSP on the Joint Planning Committee (JPC).
• Manages firearms administration and licensing.
• Oversees training management and documentation.
• Monitors SLA compliance and security incident investigations.
