Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Business is required.
• 3+ years in corporate or business lending, or 5–7 years in secured lending.
• Financial and commercial acumen is essential.
• Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, risk management, and collateral.
• Confident decision-maker with strong analytical thinking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and approve SME lending deals within delegated authority.
• Conduct detailed financial and cash flow analysis to assess credit quality.
• Collaborate with Legal and Business Development to structure secured lending and asset finance deals.
• Present credit assessments to the Credit Committee highlighting risks and mitigations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and take proactive corrective action.
