Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research targets, build accurate contact lists and craft personalized outreach to connect with decision makers.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints and clean CRM records in Salesforce.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role, preferably in SaaS or agency settings.
• Excellent written communication and ability to tailor outreach to prospects.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and CRM usage.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
