Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you will research, source and book meetings with decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will work remotely within South Africa, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to hit volume targets while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
