Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outbound, pattern recognition and smart communication, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while

Competenze

• 2 years in SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and building contact lists.
• Comfortable managing pipeline in Salesforce.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
