Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects. You will craft personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone, while maintaining clean Salesforce/SalesLoft records to support Account Executives.

Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
