Job summary

Indsafri is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams focused on digital banking and financial services initiatives. You will drive Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog while removing impediments and enabling high performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement, with delivery excellence and quality at the forefront of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Experience delivering digital banking or financial services solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and servant leadership.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Business Analysts and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and resolve delivery issues.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment delivering business value.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and clear priorities.
• Track sprint progress, velocity and Agile metrics for delivery planning.
• Promote transparency and communication between teams, stakeholders and leadership.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and adoption of best practices.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Ensure successful delivery of digital banking/financial services solutions with quality.
