Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Scrum teams and Scrum of Scrums on Agile projects. You will interface with business owners, product owners and stakeholders to prioritise, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate releases and align teams for delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in a Financial Services environment, knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and strong facilitation and communication skills.

Competenze

• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Professional facilitation skills and strong stakeholder communication.

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles and drive collaboration.
