Job summary

Liquid Thought is seeking a Senior SAP MM Functional Consultant to join a hybrid team focused on SAP MM. You will configure, test, and optimise MM processes, support 3rd level incidents, and collaborate with operations to improve service delivery.

The role requires 3 years of SAP design and configuration experience, strong communication, and IT governance awareness, with a tendency toward continuous improvement and knowledge base enrichment.

Qualifications

• 3 year IT degree or equivalent, preferred for SAP MM roles.
• ITIL 3 certification or better is required or advantageous.
• Experience with SAP MM and integration with WM and Master Data.
• Strong communication and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test SAP Material Management functions and module solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve 3rd level incidents and business issues.
• Write functional and test specifications, training material.
• Provide user support and align with operations and service processes.
• Make recommendations to optimise MM processes, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to IT governance frameworks and standards.
• Prepare portfolio/status reports for stakeholders.
• Update knowledge bases, configuration databases, and test materials.
