Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced SAP Development and Integration Manager in Cape Town to lead a team delivering development, integration, and automation across a hybrid SAP estate including S/4HANA Finance, ECC HCM, and SAP BTP services.

You will guide solution choices among in-core config, released APIs, and side-by-side extensions while ensuring secure, governed delivery. SAP CoE governance and DevSecOps practices will be central to your leadership and delivery approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in SAP development and integration with ABAP and modern tooling.
• Experience with S/4HANA and hybrid/RISE with SAP environments.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and backlog governance.
• Knowledge of API-led and event-driven integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead Development & Integration team delivering BAU, projects, and automation.
• Define and enforce SAP CoE governance, BTP governance, and secure-by-design patterns.
• Coach teams on clean-core principles and release/change governance.
• Drive transition to centrally governed Integration Suite and API-led patterns.
