Job summary

Zohorecruit in Cape Town, South Africa, is recruiting an SAP S/4HANA CO/FP&A Functional Specialist to deliver system configuration, support, testing, and documentation across Management Accounting, FP&A, and CO.

You will engage with business users, drive budgeting workflows, rolling forecasts, and period-end close, ensuring FI/CO integration and governance. Strong CO process knowledge and SAP Joule familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of SAP CO, MA, FP&A experience with hands-on configuration.
• Experience in CO-CCA, CO-PCA, CO-IO, CO-PA and budgeting/forecasting.
• Familiarity with FI-CO integration and period-end close.
• Knowledge of MDG or controlling master data is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on SAP S/4HANA CO configuration, testing, and BAU services.
• Configure cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and CO-PA.
• Support budgeting workflows, rolling forecasts, and planning models.
• Align FI/CO, GL postings, intercompany allocations, and period-end close.
• Create functional specs, test evidence, and knowledge articles.
• Facilitate workshops, training material, UAT support, and change adoption.
