Job summary

cpconsulting is seeking a Solution Architect for SAP Human Capital to guide enterprise-grade SAP HCM initiatives in Cape Town. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures across SAP SuccessFactors, ECC6 and cloud integrations.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, drive architecture roadmaps, and ensure successful migrations and upgrades of SAP platforms, including BTP and CPI integration.

Qualifications

• Matric completed; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications would be advantageous.
• Experience with SAP HCM ECC modules is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to elicit goals, priorities and requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures that address both business and technical needs.
• Design and validate complex SAP HCM/SuccessFactors architectures for successful implementation.
• Lead integration architectures, including BTP and CPI, to support deployment.
• Document architectures and present them to architecture and business forums.
