Job summary

cpconsulting in Cape Town is seeking a senior SAP CoE leader to drive development, integration, and automation across the hybrid SAP estate, including S/4HANA Finance and GRC on Rise with SAP. You will guide solution choices and mentor a team of SAP specialists.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP development and at least 3 years with S/4HANA, plus strong API and Integration Suite experience to deliver secure, scalable SAP solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• SAP certifications in BTP, Integration Suite, ABAP development or S/4HANA (advantageous).
• 7+ years in SAP development and integration; 3+ years with S/4HANA and BTP.
• Experience leading technical teams and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Development & Integration team.
• Set objectives, coach, and drive performance.
• Allocate JIRA requests and balance BAU and project work.
• Ensure governance, release and security practices.
• Guide modernisation of custom code and integration patterns.
