Job summary

CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town seeks a Senior SAP Development & Integration Lead to steer a team delivering development, integration, and automation across a hybrid SAP estate including S/4HANA, ECC HCM, SuccessFactors and SAP Build.

You will drive API-led and event-driven patterns, modern SAP development, coaching, governance, and secure DevSecOps practices, while guiding transitions to centralised Integration Suite and BTP for RISE with SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in SAP development and integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP, preferably hybrid/RiSE with SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, API Management, OData, IDocs and secure connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Development & Integration team.
• Set objectives aligned to SAP CoE and IT strategy; manage performance and development.
• Drive governance, release management, and capacity planning; coordinate client/stakeholder cadences.
• Guide transition to centrally governed integration patterns and secure hybrid architecture.
