Job summary

Collinson Group seeks a Senior Salesforce Multi-Cloud Developer to design, build and optimize solutions across Sales, Service, Loyalty, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. You will lead technical design, mentor teammates, and ensure enterprise-grade integration and data modelling across Salesforce clouds.

You will work in a hybrid model in Cape Town, collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams while driving best practices, testing, and scalable architectures that align with business

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development across CRM, Service Cloud, and related clouds.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and customization of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Develop and extend Salesforce with Apex, Visualforce/Lightning components.
• Design, implement, and test robust integration patterns with external systems.
• Mentor and line-manage junior Salesforce developers.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model.
