Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience across CRM, Service Cloud and related platform capabilities.
• 3+ years of JavaScript experience.
• Experience building scalable Salesforce Flow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise complex Salesforce solutions focusing on CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Design and implement robust integration patterns between Salesforce clouds and external systems.
• Write and execute comprehensive test plans; support UAT and quality assurance.
