Bsky is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Johannesburg to lead full lifecycle development of enterprise applications. You will shape connected ecosystems and deliver complex solutions, guiding design, coding, and implementation with senior stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong front- and back-end skills, and a proven track record in technical leadership within a multisupplier environment. Join a dynamic team driving digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
8+ years in a corporate or consulting environment.
At least 6 years focused programming, front and back-end coding and/or software/application development experience.
Experience providing technical leadership.
Experience translating technical concepts into business terms.
Experience developing and implementing strategies in multisupplier environments.

Responsibilities

Full Lifecycle Development of enterprise software projects.
Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality code from teammates.
Coach and mentor less experienced developers and graduates.
Ensure delivery on time, within budget and meeting quality targets.
Analyze business processes to identify new approaches, automation and cost benefits.
Define project scope and goals to meet business needs.
