Job summary

BlueSky Digital Solutions seeks an experienced contract Project Manager to own end-to-end Salesforce delivery for enterprise programmes in the Financial Services sector. The role requires managing multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement, and governance across project lifecycles.

You will drive delivery against timelines and budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and utilize Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Salesforce delivery lifecycle knowledge.
• Agile and SAFe delivery experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation programmes.
• Run Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall methodologies as needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead SteerCo governance sessions and report on progress.
