Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Sales & Marketing recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and placing candidates in Sales Managers, Marketing Directors, Brand Managers, Digital Marketers and Business Development Managers.
• Excellent understanding of sales and marketing functions and required skill sets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Experience with recruitment software, ATS, and social media sourcing.
• Office-based role in Vereeniging with a tertiary qualification being advantageous.
