Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead a small on-site team and oversee Stores & Distribution. The role includes coordinating stock, deliveries, and regulatory compliance while actively pursuing new business and managing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires 4 to 6 years of external sales experience.
• Experience managing a team is advantageous.
• Budgeting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the small branch team and Stores & Distribution on-site.
• Coordinate stock and deliveries from Pinetown to warehouse; manage stock on-site.
• Oversee H&S, ISO, and Food Safety for the branch.
• Handle day-to-day calling on customers and manage key accounts.
• Source new customers and develop relationships with current customers.
• Ensure sales budgets are met or exceeded; develop budgets with executive input.
• Interface with production, planning, and design departments; report weekly on sales.
