Job summary

LMP RECRUIT in Durban, South Africa, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and direct branch activities. You will oversee revenue, expenses, debtors, stock, assets and cash while crafting and implementing strategic sales plans and budgets.

You will monitor performance, manage risks and opportunities, mentor staff, and ensure audits and NRCS verifications are completed. Travel to sites and training is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business management required.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Qualified Verification Officer certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch staff and operations.
• Oversee branch revenue, expenses, debtors, stock, assets and cash.
• Develop, update and implement branch strategies, sales plans and budgets.
• Monitor budget variances and take corrective action.
• Manage customer relationships and branch risks and opportunities.
• Assist with sales, administration, debt collection and cash deposits.
• Attend out-of-town training and branch manager meetings.
• Prepare for branch audits and NRCS verification audits.
• Traveling is essential.

Manage, lead, issue instruction, give direction, train, mentor, discipline and hire branch
staff
Manage Branch revenue, expenses, debtors, stock, assets and cash
Compile, update and implement branch strategies, sales plans, and budgets.
Monitor and take corrective action with regards to budget shortfalls and sales target
deviations
Manage customer relationships
Manage Branch risks and opportunities
Assist with sales, administration, collecting debt and depositing cash
Attend out of town training and Branch Manager meetings
Prepare for Branch Audits and assist with NRCS verification audits
Travelling is essential
