Job summary

West Coast Personnel seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead retail, warehouse and production teams. You will oversee stock control, production records and on-time delivery while maintaining OHS standards and staff development.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, on-floor management approach. Ideal for a seasoned manager in manufacturing or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Branch Management experience.
• Experience managing 20+ staff.
• Experience in timber, woodworking, hardware, shopfitting, engineering, packaging, printing, metal or plastics environments is advantageous.
• Strong operational, leadership and people-management ability.
• Good planning and problem-solving skills; OHS knowledge.
• Computer literate – MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage retail, warehouse and production teams.
• Lead and manage a team of 20+ employees.
• Plan daily production and ensure customer deadlines are achieved.
• Oversee stock control, product quality and production records.
• Manage warehouse operations and customer order dispatch.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing.
• Maintain OHS standards and good workplace housekeeping.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff.
• Handle general branch administration and operational management.
• Form part of the broader management team.
