Job summary

Mayfly Agri in Gauteng seeks an experienced branch manager to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships.

You will manage budgets, pricing, inventory, and performance reporting while ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the chemical distribution branch. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in branch management, sales management, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in the chemical distribution sector would be preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient processes and service delivery.
• Driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
