Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning, and execution of rural development programs.
• Manage program budgets with resource allocation and financial accountability.
• Oversee project teams with guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with government agencies and leaders.
• Monitor progress, evaluate impact, and prepare donor reports.
