• Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial accountability.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor program progress, evaluate impact, and prepare comprehensive reports for donors and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and resource mobilization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Represent Our client at relevant forums, conferences, and meetings.
• Facilitate capacity building initiatives for local partners and community members.
• Drive innovation and best practices in rural development programming.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Development Studies, Rural Sociology, Public Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program management, with a significant focus on rural development projects.
