Placements24 seeks a seasoned Senior Roads and Stormwater Engineer for roles in the Klerksdorp region of the North West province. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of experience in roads and stormwater with leadership.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, and InfoWorks ICM.
• Knowledge of South African road design standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and development of road infrastructure, including geometric design and traffic management solutions.
• Design and analyze stormwater management systems, including culverts, bridges, channels, and detention facilities.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, reports, and tender documentation.
• Manage project lifecycles from conception through construction supervision and handover.
• Liaise with clients, municipal authorities and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians; contribute to proposals and business development.
