Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, telecom or related field.
• Minimum 6 years RF planning, design and optimization experience.
• Proficiency with RF planning tools and drive-test software.
• Strong RF propagation, antenna theory and interference analysis.
• Experience with LTE and 5G NR technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF site surveys, design and optimization for mobile networks.
• Analyze network performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Conduct drive testing and post-processing analysis.
• Develop RF planning parameters and guidelines.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to resolve RF issues.
• Evaluate new RF technologies and recommend enhancements.
• Develop capacity plans and forecasts.
