Job summary

iDbase Software is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager based in Cape Town to lead complex initiatives within the Rewards Programme environment. This role involves managing large-scale projects, stakeholder engagement, and risk governance. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in strategic rewards projects and strong Agile methodology knowledge. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years’ experience in Project Management with a strong delivery track record.
• Proven experience delivering multiple complex, strategic Rewards projects.
• Non-negotiable: Rewards Programme experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies.
• Experience in complex, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex projects with medium to large teams.
• Define project vision, governance structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Track project progress and report to stakeholders.
• Establish governance forums and manage risks across workstreams.
