Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in program or senior project management roles.
• Proven success delivering large, cross-functional programs.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple complex projects and programs.
• Develop and manage program plans including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams across functions.
• Identify and manage program risks with mitigation plans.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and report progress to leadership.
• Monitor performance and metrics to ensure delivery excellence.
